Meet the Team

Hi!  I'm a military wife and mommy to a very active little boy. We live Dublin, Ohio (Columbus), which is where I was born and raised. My parents, retired educators, instilled in me a love of travel. As a child, we visited many historical sites, which began my love of museums. Tom, my husband, and I believe that our best family memories are made on our vacation adventures. I have been a full time travel agent since 2013.  I specialize in Disney Destinations and family vacations, and I have experience with groups, honeymoons, military families, and adults only trips.  In 2018, I completed my training with the Travel Institute to become a CTA – Certified Travel Advisor, which requires annual training, meaning I’m always learning! I am a graduate of Disney's College of Knowledge, and I have traveled to WDW and sailed on Disney Cruise Line over 25 times. I have stayed at nearly every WDW resorts, and sailed on every Disney ship. I have received specialized training to become a Certified Hawaii and Jamaica Specialist. I have also completed training for every major cruise line, including: Princess, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Viking, Celebrity, and Holland America. Brand-specific training I've received includes: AMResorts, Marriott, and Sandals & Beaches (Certified Sandals Specialist). I love meeting with families, couples, and individuals to help plan their next vacation.  Hello!  I recently (June 2021) retired from the Coast Guard and am now following my other passion - travel!  I am so excited about this journey.  I'm a mom to three very active teenagers.  We live in Gahanna, Ohio (Columbus), which is also where I was born and raised.  One of the reasons that I joined the Coast Guard in 1990 was to see the world.  Contrary to popular belief, the Coast Guard does leave the U.S. shores.  :)  The Coast Guard provided me the opportunity to travel throughout the United States, Caribbean, Europe, and South America. Hello! I am a travel advisor living in central Ohio with my husband and two young boys. We love to travel as a family, and we take yearly vacations to Disney World. My passion for travel advising comes from my background in hospitality with Dutchman Hospitality Group and also the memorable experiences I’ve had traveling with family and friends. In the U.S., I have traveled to Gatlinburg, Amish country, Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach, Holland MI, Williamsburg VA, the New England states, and New York City. I’ve gone camping countless times, and I also toured out West in a 30-foot motorhome! Out of country, I have been to the Bahamas, Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Europe, and Canada. I am passionate about connecting you with your dream trip! Hello!! We are Jen and Mike Crozier and we live in Canton, Ohio! We have 3 adult children and are starting the transition into empty nesters.  We love to travel and are so excited to begin this journey of helping others make their travel dreams come true!  We have enjoyed numerous Disney vacations, Universal Studios,  Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruises to Mexico, Belize, Honduras, Bahamas, Grand Cayman Islands and Coco Cay.
